Assistant Engineer - Steel Manufacturing Industry

Responsibility:

• Assist the project team in handling daily tasks, including but not limited to manpower planning, file management, meeting arrangements, and maintaining contact lists.

• Support project management work of the project team, track project progress, and organise project documents and reports.

• Assist the project team in data analysis and research, providing support and recommendations for technical decision-making.

• Assist in preparing project schedule; equipment inspection plan and maintenance plan.

• Assist in the procurement, maintenance, and management of technical equipment and tools.

• Track and manage the budget and expenses of the project team, assist in budget planning and expense reporting.

• Complete other relevant department tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Candidates without prior experience is welcome to apply. Experience in palm oil mill or heavy industry is an advantage.

• Requires skills: MS Office, ERP System

• Good in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia in verbal, reading and writing to effectively communicate with our diverse client base, leaders and stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently to maintain high standard and accuracy

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:30pm
