2. About Our Services
Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd (“Flintex”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (UEN: 201716889C, EA Licence: 17C8724) is a Singapore employment agency providing services including:
- Permanent Recruitment
- Contract Staffing
- Payroll Services
Services provided to employers and clients may also be governed by a separate Engagement Agreement, service agreement, contract or other written agreement.
Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a separately executed agreement with a client, the terms of the executed agreement shall prevail in relation to the relevant services.
3. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission
- Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to extract information from the website without our permission
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes

4. Candidate Terms
By submitting your resume, profile, application or other information to Flintex, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You will inform us of material changes relevant to your application or employment availability
- You understand that Flintex acts as an intermediary between candidates and prospective employers
- Your personal data may be collected, used and disclosed for recruitment and related purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Where appropriate, Flintex may present or submit your profile to prospective employers or clients for suitable employment opportunities.
Flintex does not guarantee that registration, submission of a resume, an interview or any other interaction with us will result in employment or a job offer.
Final hiring decisions are made by the relevant employer or client.
5. Employer and Client Terms
Clients engaging Flintex's services agree to comply with the applicable Engagement Agreement, service agreement, quotation, contract or other agreed commercial terms.
Where a candidate introduced by Flintex is successfully employed or engaged by the Client, the applicable placement fee shall become payable in accordance with the terms of the relevant Engagement Agreement.
Clients are responsible for conducting any due diligence they consider necessary before employing or engaging a candidate.
Fees, payment terms, replacement guarantees, refunds, candidate ownership or introduction periods and other commercial conditions shall be governed by the applicable agreement between Flintex and the Client.
6. Job Listings and Candidate Information
We endeavour to provide accurate and current information; however, job vacancies may be changed, withdrawn, filled or closed at any time by the relevant employer.
Information concerning candidates is provided based on information supplied to us by candidates and other permitted sources.
While we take reasonable steps in our recruitment process, Flintex does not independently guarantee the accuracy of every statement, qualification, credential or representation made by a candidate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, design elements and other materials, belongs to Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website content may be viewed or printed for personal and non-commercial purposes.
No content may be reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer
Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:
