Air Export Operations Officer (Night Shift)

Job Description

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters

• Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs

• Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system 

• Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo

• Send pre-alerts to overseas destination

• Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment

Requirements

• PC-liberate and comfortable using or learning software

• Team Player and able to work independently

• Detail oriented, meticulous and self motivated

• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsibility in completing work tasks

• At least 1-2 years of working experience. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply

• Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if have

Working hours:

Shift Timing:

5 days work week 6pm - 3.30am

rostering off day on weekdays/Sat and fix Sun off
